I’m Nitaa Vyyas – Trainer, Coach & Leadership Development Specialist at Mastermind Training Academy.

I’m a certified life coach and leadership trainer with over 20 years of experience in corporate learning and development.

For nearly 17 years, I led the L&D function at Caterpillar India, where I designed and implemented leadership development initiatives, managed training strategy, and facilitated employee engagement.

Today, as part of Mastermind Training Academy, I channel my passion for people development into programs that inspire, challenge, and transform.

My passion is to deliver training sessions that creates space for people to pause, reflect, and truly understand themselves. My work is about meaningful conversations, honest insight, and practical growth that gently shifts how participants think, feel, and show up.
